I believe that values scale well to different cultures, systems, and people. And once those values become established norms, those values scale onwards to others within those cultures and systems.
Transparency, honesty, action, and integrity are some values that I've seen scale tremendously well. Those values just set the culture right and establish a good working environment.
I'm sure there are other values that scale and work for different people and environments. I think it's good practice to continue to find values that can contribute and add to one's one value system.
