Uniting Worldwide Startup Communities

As I’m working in NYC with TechStars, I’ve been struck by the joy I get from engaging with a close-knit community.  It reminds me of the way I was brought up, moving from school to school, city to city; I had to quickly figure out how to make friends and add value to a new community.

As I transition back to London, I’m struck by how much I still want to engage with not only the NYC community, but discover even more communities.  Each community has a story, a flow and ebb, and characters that are waiting to be discovered.  Perhaps this is tapping into my inner explorer.

I still don’t know how to act upon what I’m feeling and/or thinking.  But I do know that working in NYC was a great decision, and that working in London will be an even better one.
