It's my fourth London Techstars program

Running a program is like running your own startup. You have deadlines you have to meet, every day is a different challenge, and you live through the emotional roller coaster with all the 11 companies. You develop real bonds of camaraderie - and it's like suddenly hiring a team of 40 people.

I've got the usual feelings of anticipation and giddiness of a new cohort that's about to start. But I'm super confident now that Marko Srsan, who was an Associate in the last class but now full time with us, is taking charge of the operations. I couldn't be more pleased with his progress.
