My final student exhibition at the KCC, with friends attending the show. I made some good friends during that time, I learned a ton about different techniques, and gained a lot of experience on how to make different objects. Though I’m a bit nervous about what the future will bring, I’m optimistic that these lessons will serve me well in the future.
I’m still on the fence about what to do next year, but leaning towards taking the Professional Development Course to take me to the next level.
Furthermore, this summer is going to be busy - I’ll be headed to a week-long course with Shozo Michikawa in the middle of July to learn some fabulous techniques, coming back to work on Nuno Mendes’ work, and then spending the rest of the summer perfecting my technique and refining my style.
