The more I work with early stage teams, the more I realize that tech is the easy part. It's how a company scales that's the more difficult part to solve. The two parts that drive this are:
- how individuals scale: whether individuals within a company has the skills, awareness, and coachability to drive the company from early stage brainstorming to a functioning, high-performing team.
- how the company scales: how processes are developed and optimized, how company values are embedded within the organization, and how hiring is done at scale, to drive the company from a team to an organization.
